Aunt Gina and Uncle Frankie are forced out of NY due to an incident involving Frankie, the Sons of the Jewish Temple and the Sons of the Italian league. After Hiding out in a Pueblo Village outside Tuscon AZ, Gina's new friend Lupita helps the couple fake their deaths by putting two deer carcasses in their cadillac and setting it ablaze. Gina and Frankie rush to hide out with Frankie's family in Toledo, OH where Gina finds a job at the Hair-sentials kiosk in the mall. All was going to plan until one evening when Gina was leaving work and she noticed the U-Haul she had been driving had been tampered with. In a frightening whirl wind of chaos, the recently released from prison and member of the Sons of the Italian League, "Nine Finger Nicky" is shot and left for dead as Gina speeds off in the U-Haul. Advised by the witness relocation program, Gina and Frankie split it up in order to stay alive. Gina goes undercover back in NY as Aunt Anita's mexican House Keeper using the pseudonym, Eva Longoria. Having a difficult time keeping up the facade, Gina runs off to find Frankie who is holed up at the Monty Carlo Hotel in Las Vegas.
